James Y. Kwofie

Founder/Chief Executive Officer

James has held various roles in the past 22 years in West Africa and the United States of America. Some of these roles were Chief Executive Officer, Human Resource Director, Financial and Business analyst among others. While in these leadership roles James’ pre-occupation was to provide time-tested and workable solutions by identifying challenges and assisted his internal and external customers and clients to develop bespoke solutions in general management, human resources, business transformation and mergers of companies or businesses.

James is a transformational leader, an experienced team lead and trained facilitator, James is able to present complex issues in a simpler, understandable and pragmatic manner, while breaking down the issues and addressing them in well-structured phases.

James has been Chief Executive Officer and HR Director for both private multinational and public companies in Ghana. One of the offices he held had regional responsibilities spanning from Benin, Niger and Togo. During his role as the CEO, he also chaired an international organisation for two years. While in office, he led the Ghana’s Administration to win seat in the universal union’s council of administration. James has employed his rich experience to guide boards on best practices and
benchmarking in the areas of strategy, recruitment, remuneration, negotiations and employee relations, as well as business transformation. He was adjudged ‘The 2020 CEO of the Year’.

James holds Master of Business Administration degree from Baker University in the United States of America. He enjoys mentoring and coaching upcoming entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. At his leisure he mentors potential leaders and enjoys soccer and American football.

Esther Sankah


Esther Sankah, a Clinical Psychologist, holds a Bachelor and Master of Philosophy degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Ghana. Esther has about 7 years work experience in HR management and Office Administration in a number of SME’s and was also a lecturer at Central University College where she lectured Psychology and other courses at the school of business.

Her areas of expertise are psychological assessments, psychotherapy, and counselling.

Esther occasionally features on a number of media programs including “Today’s Woman”, “Health Matters”, and “Talented Kids” 1 all on TV 3.

Bernard Ameyaw

Finance Manager

He is a commercially-aware Business Analyst and financial Accountant with over 6 years’ experience working with high-profile organizations. As a seasoned analyst with financial skills, Bernard specializes in auditing, taxation and financial reporting and analysis.  He combines excellent strategic planning abilities with strong communication skills to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Bernard had led finance and audit teams to execute major contracts for companies like Ghana Revenue Authority, Food and Drugs Board, Beverage Investment Ltd and Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO) among others.

Bernard holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.com) from University of Cape Coast and is pursuing MBA(Finance) from University of St Mark & St John, UK.
