Plato Consult is solely owned Ghanaian firm established in 2007 to provide value-added
third-party services in manpower support, supply services, logistics, human resource
services, protocol services, consulting services, engineering services, general repairs,
and maintenance.
Over the past 15 years, Plato Consult has supported several local and foreign
organizations to chalk impressive miles stones in the growth of client organizations and
is available to collaborate in joint venture partnerships.

We seek to help our clients to achieve their business objectives by developing
strategies that link our client’s vision to their business strategy, people strategy and
operational strategy to achieve business growth and financial results.

JAMES Y. KWOFIE

Founder/Chief Executive Officer

James Kwofie, is an experienced corporate leader and an entrepreneur with over 20
years of proven success in various industries across continents and deep knowledge in
finance, human resource, entrepreneurship, and business administration.

James’s experience spans across a wide range of industries including postal and courier services, fast moving goods, consulting and telcos across West Africa and United States of America. Working alongside clients, he has demonstrated experience in business transformation, sound knowledge of performance management techniques, strategic planning, employee motivation, recruitment processes, marketing and the delivery of cultural change within West Africa.

Until recently, James served the interest of Ghana in the capacity of Managing Director of Ghana Post, Ghana’s designated postal operator from February 2017 to October 2021. He administrated the implementation of the National Digital Property Addressing System (GhanaPost GPS) and also led the successful transformation of Ghana Post. Mr. Kwofie was elected as a member of EMS Cooperative Board (UPU) on ad personam in 2021 and also served as the Chairman of West African Postal Conference from 2018 to 2021.

He has been Human Resources Director for 2 multinational companies in Ghana, one of which he had regional responsibilities across Benin, Niger and Togo. With an excellent knowledge and understanding of human resource issues he regularly advises boards on best policy practices, recruitment, remuneration and employee relations. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Baker University in the United States of
America.

The 2020 CEO (State owned enterprises) of the year is a transformational leader who has a reputation for transforming organizations.

ESTHER SANKAH

Director

Esther Sankah, a Clinical Psychologist, holds a Bachelor and Master of Philosophy degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Ghana. Esther has about 7 years work experience in HR management and Office Administration in a number of SME’s and was also a lecturer at Central University College where she lectured Psychology and other courses at the school of business.

Her areas of expertise are psychological assessments, psychotherapy, and counselling.

Esther occasionally features on a number of media programs including “Today’s Woman”, “Health Matters”, and “Talented Kids” 1 all on TV 3.

Bernard Ameyaw

Finance Manager

He is a commercially-aware Business Analyst and financial Accountant with over 6 years’ experience working with high-profile organizations. As a seasoned analyst with financial skills, Bernard specializes in auditing, taxation and financial reporting and analysis.  He combines excellent strategic planning abilities with strong communication skills to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Bernard had led finance and audit teams to execute major contracts for companies like Ghana Revenue Authority, Food and Drugs Board, Beverage Investment Ltd and Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO) among others.

Bernard holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.com) from University of Cape Coast and is pursuing MBA(Finance) from University of St Mark & St John, UK.

Benedicta Dzifa Wutor

Human Resource Operations Executive

Benedicta has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.  Driven by delivering exceptional client/ customer value in a profitable way, she quickly develops an understanding of relevant variables and provides fit for purpose solutions.

Over the years, Benedicta has developed the ability to work in diverse teams and consistently made a key contribution to the achievement of team goals. She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Ghana.

Robert Ashitey

Administrative and Service Manager

Robert, a results oriented professional, possesses superior problem solving and analytical skills that many of our clients have benefitted from.  He has an eye for detail and loves innovation. Robert enjoys overcoming challenges, and has genuine interest in Business Management. He is in charge of administration and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant level 2
