Working alongside employers, he demonstrates a sound knowledge of performance management techniques, employee motivation, recruitment processes, marketing and the delivery of cultural change within a manufacturing environment. Working within multi-disciplinary teams, he has a reputation for being able to “make things happen.” As an experienced and trained facilitator, he can “put across” complex issues in an easy to understand and practical manner.
He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Plato Consult and has been HR Director for 2 multinational companies in Ghana, one of which had regional responsibilities across Benin, Niger and Togo. With an excellent knowledge and understanding of human resource issues he regularly advises boards on best practice on recruitment, remuneration and employee relations. He has a background in human resources and finance and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Baker University in the United States of America.
